Eric Ferraz, Product Marketing Director, Miglia Technology, commented: “The Miglia Director’s Cut ‘Take 2’ has pretty much set the standard in the past few years for DV capture. We are very pleased to have passed the extensive testing performed by Apple’s Labs and are proud to announce that Director’s Cut Take 2 is now a Final Cut Pro 5 “Qualified Device’”.

The Final Cut Pro qualification team performs extensive tests and works with manufacturers to determine whether or not the latest devices work with current Apple hardware and software.

Director’s Cut converts any analogue video and sound material into DV format that can be captured by any computer equipped with a FireWire/IEEE 1394/iLink interface.
