On Windows, Adobe has a beautiful program to create online and offline forms: Adobe Designer. Designer is a sort of InDesign for forms only. The forms you create with it, are PDF forms that can be used online, or as paper forms. The strength of Designer is that it supports forms with live data, meaning you can enter data into a Designer-made form and have that data exported to an XML file.
Although it is turned on by default in all CS 2 applications, Version Cue must be turned on explicitly in Acrobat 7’s Preferences. Once you’ve done that, you are ready to work completely with Version Cue workflows.
